  1. Hi Anu,

    Hip Hip Hooray! I was always told that slightly slow in the head, a slow learner. Not anymore! It’s like you have my back. I can’t tell you how much I’ve learnt here and how easily! Thank you for blessing me with this effortlessly ingestible digestible content.

    A mechanism to select a range of items from sequence types like list, tuple, strings etc. is known as slicing. The way of implementing iterators are known as generators. It is a normal function except that it yields expression in the function.

    I'm new to python and trying to make a basic tree, I have made this code to draw the triangles on top of each other but I am unable to work out how to make them larger as they go down. Can any one help?

    for shape in range(1, number_of_shapes + 1):
    # Draw a Triangle
    for sides in range(1, 4):
    forward(60)
    left(120)
    # Move forward to start position of next triangle
    penup()
    right(120)
    forward(60)
    left(120)
    forward(30)
    pendown()

    It was cool to see your article pop up in my google search for the process yesterday. Great Guide.
    Keep up the good work!

    Best Regards,

  2. Hi Bro,

    Muchas Gracias Mi Amigo! You make learning so effortless. Anyone can follow you and I would not mind following you to the moon coz I know you are like my north star.

    I'm new to python so hope this is really simple.
    import bs4 as bs
    import urllib .request

    saurce = urllib .request.urlopen("https://www.premierleague.com/fixtures").read()
    soup = bs.BeautifulSoup(saurce,'lxml')

    print(soup.get_text())

    I thought this returns all the text on the page. However it doesn't, it returns the text in the header and foot of the page. Much different than following the video using a different page. What should I be doig differently to get the text in the main part of the page?

    Excellent tutorials - very easy to understand with all the details. I hope you will continue to provide more such tutorials.

    Thanks,
    Irene Hynes
